All good easy to set up, no oil for the pump had to track down a local supply (with advice) I used Hydraulic 32 its the same viscosity as vacuum oil. Enjoy

First time I have purchased anything from Vevor and I have to say that I will definitely be ordering again. The Pump arrived in good time and the build quality is fantastic. I bought this to stabilize wood with Acrylic and it works a treat. Make sure you snip the top off the little rubber nipple at the top of the Guage as the instructions show and fill with oil before use. Contrary to a previous review this item was simple to assemble, had oil to fill the chamber and came with a moulded UK plug. Having tested it with water, soapy water and soda water it pulls to -1 bar with no real effort. At -1 bar the pump housing smoked but that may well be because it is new, the housing although warm remained touchable and with the valves closed and pump off vacuum was held for the several minutes I allowed it to before opening the inlet valve. For the price I reckon it's going to be a pretty useful tool for degassing silicone and epoxy.

I got this for degassing investment casting powder. I have had vacuum chambers made for that which cost over a thousand pounds in the past. This kit does the same job perfectly. It is also a lot quieter than the expensive machines I have used before. It is barely louder than an electric kettle. I am delighted with it.

This was my first major purchase from Vevor so I was a little aprehensive as to the quality of their goods. In all fairness I needn't have been, the vacuum chamber was sizeably bigger than I had in my head not being familiar with anything gallon based (being in the uk). It was plenty big enough for my usage and assembly was a breeze I cannot fault this product in the slightest. The furnace had a little kink in the outside mesh but this is purely cosmetic and affects the functioning of not one bit. I have yet to melt metal in it but I feel very confident that it will perform handsomely, the free crucible tongs that match the style of crucible are such a nice touch and save you more money on a bargain priced item. In this case bargain price does NOT mean cheap and nasty, this thing is well made and it is weighty instilling confidence in its construction.

Excellent! Have been using it with silicone and resin. No problems. Works fast and holds pressure. Pump is fairly quiet and the unit it easy to assemble out of the box.
