Works amazing! Vwru easy to use. WORKS SUPER FAST! THE MOMENT YOU POUR SUGAR!!!!...BE READY!!! Infact we were having 2 people at once do it. One poured while the other was twirling the cotton candy onto cones. The thin straw onea I hate. I feel like i have no control those with those yet! This put it out fast an we had all the older kids in a line ready with a paper cone to just start spinning it up! Great for parties, holidays , an shoot anyway! Super easy to clean!. Dont turn of!... I pull the chunks off the edgees... anything large. Put in a bowl to cool off... an then add water to the machine never et urging it off.. carwdul pulling our tue thicken sugar on the edgea!... but you can also reuse it befoee cleabing.. Just toss into a bowl crush it up... with a fork or spoon... an scoop back into the center.... obviously only if using this at home. Not if using for events!!! Look up the types of sugar... an flavors! We love blue raspberry!

The product is according with my expectations in terms of delivery and packaging in safe condition, when will be used, I will come back with another review.
