Unfortunately, I received the item much later than the stated delivery date. Furthermore, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that 6 out of the 8 panels were damaged upon arrival, with their ends broken off. Why doesn't the supplier provide adequate and secure packaging to ensure the product isn't damaged during storage or transport? I should add that I had ordered this same product previously (2 packs, totaling 16 panels)—though perhaps from a different store—and encountered the exact same issue. Back then, 2 out of the 16 panels were completely damaged, forcing me to buy an entire additional pack just to replace those 2. This time, however, 6 out of the 8 were damaged, leaving only 2 intact. This product is by no means cheap; I have ended up significantly overpaying for my project :( I will never buy anything from this store again!
