The two-tier design is the biggest advantage for my kitchen because I can steam different foods at the same time without needing two separate appliances. The 1500W heating power is useful for getting the cooking process moving, while the adjustable control makes it easier to work with different foods. I like the combination of the digital display and physical knob because the settings are easy to see and adjust. The stainless surfaces are also simple to wipe down. It is a practical countertop steamer for regular batch cooking. It has also been easy to work into our normal preparation routine without taking much extra space.

Looks nice, cooks well, only problem I have is with control panel. Buttons are awkward and unresponsive. They are just painted circles on plastic panel. They don't even click or respond to let me know they were clicked. But I'm sure I'll figure it out and get used to it.
