Ottima macchina. Riduce tutto in farina finissima, dal riso al caffè. Pochi secondi per un caffè idoneo alla macchina espresso. Qualche secondo in più per una granitura finissima adatta alla moka.

I purchased about a month ago to start my journey into fresh milled flour. The price was outstanding and I love my machine. It’s a bit messy but that’s par for the course with this style of grinder. I don’t know what the flour looks like using those high priced mills so I can’t comment on fineness, but I’ve successfully made breads, cookies, and pasta. Perfect choice for a beginner. This machine is a workhorse.
