Description
Commercial fryer
This commercial electric fryer can be used to fry various foods. Water capacity: max. 8.6 L per unit, oil capacity: max. 6 L per unit.
This commercial electric fryer has two powerful heating elements that quickly heat the oil to the desired temperature, ensuring fast and thorough cooking.
The temperature can be easily set from 60°C to 200°C. The commercial fryer switches off automatically if the temperature exceeds 230°C or if there is a malfunction of the temperature controller.
All parts, including the oil tank, can be easily removed for cleaning. The stainless steel housing makes wiping after use easy.
A cool-touch handle protects your hands, while a well-fitting lid reduces oil splashes. A hook at the front makes draining the basket easy.
