Ich habe Ihnen bereits vor langer Zeit den Defekt des Produkts gemeldet und eine Bearbeitung gefordert. Doch jedes Mal erhalte ich nur die gleiche automatisierte Antwort, dass der Sachverhalt geprüft wird und ich warten soll.
Das Produkt ist defekt und kann nicht ordnungsgemäß verwendet werden, was meinem Restaurantbetrieb erhebliche Verluste verursacht. Trotzdem zeigen Sie keinerlei Reaktion. Ist das die Unternehmensphilosophie Ihres Unternehmens?
