i have chronic pain and chronic illness. this pillow is life changing. as a side sleeper it keeps my back supported, goes between my legs so my hips are aligned, and gives a place for my sore shoulder to go.
i came back to buy one for my daughter and am so sad that it is sold out!
it took 3 days to fully expand and there was no chemical plastic smell to it.
