Very good quality product. Arrived within days of the order, easy to install and looks great. Since purchasing 2 sets for the back door I have installed 2 other types for the front of the house. Two other neighbours have ordered the same for their houses. Can not recomend the product or company enough.

Ordered item - LOST IN TRANSIT- no communication as to why or what to do about it. Eventually offered refund for end of March which duly arrived. No explanation as to missing item.I want to reorder same item but am dreading same scenario. Please confirm I won’t have same ordeal, in writing, so that I can reorder with confidence.
