Le serpentin est relié à la cuve par un tube en "L", du coup, il ne trempe pas complètement dans l'eau, refroidit moins bien, la condensation n'est pas complète, on perd de l'huile essentielle car elle part en fumées.
En plus ça force sur les jointures vissées et provoque des fuites de fumées ou de liquides.
Obligée de trouver un plombier qui me fasse un raccord. Pas besoin de mettre une photo...regardez-bien celle du produit.
Un raccord en U serait plus judicieux.

Pour la différence, je recommande le modèle avec le troisième chaudrons pour infuser les herbes si vous désirez ajouter des arômes ou pour le Gin. Le plus difficile, c'est de calibrer le débit d'eau de refroidissement pour ne pas que ça déborde. Un service fermé serait plus utile ou un couvercle pour mettre sur le chaudron du dessus.
