DanC Milling work table, Defects, Return requested.

The Milling work table needs to be returned as defective. Both the X and Y direction tables have .025" gaps in the crank turning shafts or the crank shafts are bent, creating an uneven, jerking effect in operating the handles.
This defect creates an uneven movement of the table directions.
Corrections needed, new or straitening the screw shafts, and or replacing the bearings/bushings that mount/control the concentricity of the tables screw shafts.
Please authorize a return order for this "Milling work table" and authorize my full refund

Honnêtement, je suis très mitigé sur cette table X/Y... J'en voulais une depuis pas mal de temps, et j'ai économisé un peu pour ça.
Je vais commencer par les points positifs :
- Plutôt bien emballée ;
- Semble qualitative à première vue ;
- Table protégée ;
- Réglages.
Points négatifs :
- Roues de réglages mal filetées, j'ai du acheter un taraud pour les tarauder de nouveau et pouvoir m'en servir ;
- Les réglages tiennent "mal", et même bien réglés, il fini par y avoir du jeu dans la table...
- Une des roues une fois serrée bloque l'axe X, j'ai du faire une petite bague pour pouvoir m'en servir, mais ça ajoute encore du jeu.
C'est la première fois que je suis vraiment déçu par un article Vevor, alors au vu des avis, je suis sûrement tombé sur une mauvaise série.

Après démontage de celle ci pour retirer les traces de peinture, de rouille superficielles, graissage des guides, fabrication et remplacement de clavettes de toupies pour retirer le jeu, et ajustage de l’ensemble, il est possible de l’utiliser utilement.

Overall it is decent. The casting quality of the bed is pretty rough as stated in other reviews. In order to get T-Slot hardware in the slots took a couple hours of grinding and clean up.

dbarbs good price for amount of cast iron, but not great

This seems overall OK as a starting point but it will be a project to get it good enough for milling.
For drilling it is much more convenient then re-clamping and good enough for many jobs.

Ho acquistato una tavola x fresatrice 450x170
Appena aperto il pacco mi sono accorto che la slitta piu lunga scorreva libera, dopo un accurato controllo ho trovato le viti di fissaggio tranciate (causa una forte botta) immediatamente ho contattato il supporto clienti mandando foto spiegazioni ecc.dopo diversi giorni sono riuscito ad ottenere un rimborso non sufficiente al costo della riparazione ( dovuto far rifare da un officina fori e filetti) non essendo io attrezzato.
Mi chiedo il perché VEVOR non abbia voluto sostituire la tavola con una integra .
Non mi ritengo soddisfatto !!!
