Nic Faulty Assembly - Does not work

The lower seal on the sausage stuffer was installed incorrectly and this causes juice to drip everywhere creating quite the mess. Also, because of the gap, meat gets stuck in the bottom making the stuffer impossible to clean.
I reached out to customer service on 06/05 and just heard back, they offered a $18 refund…

DO NOT BUY. First use the gears anti slip mechanism is failing. I have metal shavings falling out of the gear box. Have been getting one response per day from vevor about trying to get it warrantied or replaced or refunded. They are awful to deal with customer service wise. They want me to take it apart and send pics. Will NOT buy again. Spend your money on something quality.

Meat passes the cylinder. Figured I'd just order a replacement gasket but no replacements are available. Crazy to sell a product but not parts to maintain it. I guess they expect you to buy a whole new one if anything wears out.
