The roll of woven plastic ground cloth shipped quickly. It went down easily. As for permeability to water, that remains to be seen. I need water to penetrative into the ground in my garden and I hope that works as advertised. So far, there are no weeds to have to till under, poison, or pull, which is the reason I purchased it.

I use the lighter weight ground fabric for plant borders and under raised flower boxes. Easy to cut or use a propane torch to melt product.

If I were to purchase the same square footage of this product, at this quality weight, at a big box store - it would have cost 4-5 times as much. This is a good deal and shipping/delivery was pretty quick!
