Not a very well thought out Shirt/hat press. The hat option entails dismantling most of the machine and the attachments to get to the hat option somewhat working but the attachments don't really line up or work well. The Shirt press works fine. I will probably just buy a separate hat press. Also really bad instructions (kinda A Vevor thing)

Heat press works well but mug press heating element quit working after two months.

Overall, it does everything it's supposed to, but I dislike the swing-away feature, and I struggle to press thick materials like hoodies. You need plenty of space, or it will burn your table and nearby surfaces. I'm selling mine and getting a better one.

Hello, I received my VEVOR heat press today, and I am extremely disappointed with the condition it arrived in. The machine was sold to me as new, but it arrived visibly dirty, stained, and with debris/residue on multiple areas of the press. I have attached photos showing the condition immediately after opening it. I purchased a NEW machine, and I should not have to clean or restore an item before I can even use it. The condition makes me concerned that this unit may have been previously used, returned, or improperly stored. I would like to return this unit and receive a full refund or a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to me. Please provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning it. I will not be responsible for return shipping costs for an item that arrived in this condition. Please respond as soon as possible so we can resolve this. Thank you.

Die Heizpresse funktioniert grundsätzlich gut und die Pressleistung ist in Ordnung. Leider ist die Qualität der verbauten mechanischen Komponenten für einen gewerblichen Einsatz völlig unzureichend. Besonders problematisch ist die Hub- und Spindelmechanik zum Öffnen und Schließen der Presse. Nach vergleichsweise kurzer und normaler Nutzung ist die Gewinde-/Spindelmechanik im Inneren bereits stark abgenutzt bzw. beschädigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der betroffenen Teile deutlich. Die Maschine wurde normal und entsprechend ihrem vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck benutzt. Es handelt sich meiner Meinung nach nicht um normalen Verschleiß nach einer angemessenen Nutzungsdauer, sondern um eine erhebliche Schwäche bei der Material- und Verarbeitungsqualität. Die Pressleistung selbst ist gut. Das eigentliche Problem ist jedoch die mangelnde Qualität und Haltbarkeit der mechanischen Bauteile. Für eine Maschine, die auch für gewerbliche Nutzung angeboten wird, ist eine solche Haltbarkeit nicht akzeptabel. Aufgrund dieses Qualitäts- bzw. Materialproblems möchte ich die Maschine zurückgeben und bitte um eine vollständige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. Die beigefügten Fotos dokumentieren den Defekt.

This press does not have ease of use when interchanging attachments. You must unscrew and disassemble to use another attachment. I contacted customer support about a return and cannot call them and they will not issue a return/refund without first creating a ticket and letting them evaluate your return reason! End of story I want to return it’s not even used!

Great product, very bad shipper and even worse customer service. Lost package is for your own cost, no help from vevor or the shipping company. Be warned!
