I haven't had a chance to use it as the lid was broken upon arrival. I am still waiting on the replacement lid. They are providing a weekly update saying it will be coming but after several weeks still no replacement

After purchasing many of these units, and I mean many. I need customer service to fix a problem with the pump/regulator,, they just give me a run around, asked for a refund and send it back to Vevor,,,no we will send u a new pump...I said no its not my reasonability to change a pump out,,,,, they come back and say we will offer u 20 bucks and problem solved,, i said are you Kidding me..... There MOTTO is HASSEL FREE RETURNS!!!!

Purchased this to spray my 6 fruit trees, Im 67 and was tired of using a pump sprayer. I got it all put together filled it up tested and everything seemed to be working fine, kinda heavy but got it mounted on my back and went to spray and nothing, it would not turn on I tried at least 1 times, yes it had a full charge and was working fine just before. Took it off and trued it and nothing. I had to empty it into my pump sprayer and use it to spray my trees. I trued to return it but the return portal was not allowing me to do so. The next day I was I hit the on button and it came right on, don't know what Im going to do at this point.

Tanner Persac Does not work correct out of the box
Everything works fine but the handle does not stop the water from coming out of the nozzle, it leaks and gets chemical everywhere.

terrible customer service from Vevor i have an order from December 01 2024 and it came broken on march 4,2025 I did a claim I contacted customer service 3 times they were supposed to send me part and I'm still waiting for them to send my the status of my order If I order a new product they send me all information regarding tracking number and status buy regarding the claim nothing
