Goede afhandeling van beschadigde machine. Geld terug en zelf in container gegooid. Geen grijper om cadeau te geven maar wel goed geregeld. Zou toch ander bedrijf kiezen om te leveren. Geen gsl. Was duidelijk van vrachtwagen gevallen en schuiven de schuld op jullie.

I canceled the order I ordered the wrong color and size I put a cancel through the coancel went through on the page. The next thing I know an hour later it says it has been shipped even though it has not been shipped. I contacted FedEx they have not even received the item yet so the company lies as soon as you wanna cancel. They put it as shipped so you cannot cancel the order and then they will charge you shipping fees to get it back. I contacted customer support and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about and that I would be contact and 3 to 4 days lol through email obviously after the package has shipped and arrived.

The machine arrived with a defective male-female part which means the machine won't work. The instructions are terrible. They refer you to a video that goes through what you are supposed to do but when it comes to the part about connecting the three male-female parts that have to be snapped together there is no explanation. One of my three male-female parts is defective and "technical support" is no help in solving the problem. I am demanding a refund if they cant solve the problem since they claim to have a 30 day return policy.
