terrible product. I contacted Vevor multiple times with no resolution. The breaker keeps popping off even with the littlest power draw. Do not waste your money on this. Harbor Freight has a better product and better customer service

Never received product Product not received
Product never received. I ordered this with some other items. All the items in my shipment came except for this reel. I basically gave Vevor $67 for no product. Probably the last time I order anything from Vevor.

Ordered and received tracking number but never received. Was eventually refunded mu funds. Don't sell products you don't plan on delivering.

Within 2 weeks of using it the retractable already broke. Called two times and got the runaround about it. Will never buy another thing from vevor again. You guys do not stand by your warranty

This is the biggest POS i have ever bought. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. If you have any issues they will not help you in anyway. Joke on customer service joke on quality joke in support.

Works as advertised. Unfortunately the color is orange and not red. I am disappointed as I ordered red to match my shop.

Retractable extension reel Never Received Item
Never received item, Vevor was very difficult to deal with, countless emails back and forth. You can not talk to someone
on the phone to try to resolve something. Thank goodness i used PAYPAL, they resolved my problem in 2 days, after
dealing with Vevor for 4 weeks.
