The door works well, we installed it right away. It has gotten cold here in NY and it hasn’t died, despite the lack of sunlight. It has frozen open a we’ve had to go out and push the close button a time or two, otherwise it’s been a good door! I would definitely make the purchase again if need be.

I like the product. My major problems are it doesn't remember the time when the batteries die. I have had this in use for only 3 months and have to replace the batteries the same amount of times. I plan to run power to the coop in the spring but still fear this will be a problem living in a rural area my power is not always reliable and ill have to continue to crawl into the run to reprogram the time and schedule. I tried to use the daylight feature but found it a better fit for my flock to set times.

I have to be honest, I was skeptical about the chook door given the price seemed too good to be true. It's still working after a month now and is exposed to rain. Interface is dead easy. Nanas will be able to operate this. I'm impressed. Good job sourcing this product Vevor. Let's see what happens during the summer heat I suppose. 4 conservative, 5 stars if it lasts 5 years.

J installé cette porte depuis 3 semaines env. Elle fonctionne parfaitement malgré la pluie et le gel. Très facile à installer et à programmer. Très bon rapport qualité /prix. Bizarrement le logement des 3 piles est trop étroit pour mettre 3 piles rechargeables (ces dernières sont légèrement plus grosses que les piles standard). C'est dommage (même si la consommation semble faible).

Ordered and never received, apparently it was lost in the postage, but I did get a refund, got this package instead which is just a bag of dust, no idea.

Unfortunately the dimensions are not accurate. I gave the builder the dimensions and they built it within specifications and we had to add additional boards 1” thick in order for this to be mounted. In addition to that, 4 days after installation and brand new batteries the door failed to open.

This is the first thing from Vevor that I have had an issue with. The door does not open and close according to the program. I have to manually open and close.

Envoyée dans les délais. Le transporteur ne passe pas chez moi et dépose dans un loker à 15 km de chez moi. Je refuse d'aller chercher le colis. Pas de reliivraison donc retour pour 900km. Développement durable! Remboursement rapide du vendeur. Donc les étoiles sont là pour faire beau. Ceci dit j'en ai acheté une du même type chez un concurrent (qui me l'a livrée) et elle fonctionne parfaitement.
