My hose reel worked with one pull and never would reel itself back in. I have emailed customer service numerous times and I was told to tighten things up on it. That's a big ass "NO" from me. If you can't send me a product that works then I don't want it. I have yet to get any more replies back from my emails about returning the product for a full refund. Now I'm stuck with a hose reel that doesn't work.

Nitin pant Auto-Rewind Stopped Working After a Few Days

I purchased the VEVOR Pressure Washer Hose Reel expecting a durable and reliable product,However, the auto-retract system quickly started having problems. The hose constantly gets tangled and jammed during rewinding, and now the automatic rewind barely works. I have to manually guide the hose every time, which defeats the purpose of buying a retractable reel.
The reel feels sturdy, but the main feature the auto-rewind mechanism is unreliable. For a product advertised as heavy-duty and designed for pressure washers, I expected much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
