Awful it slipped off the bracket spinned out of control and broke it literally worked one time i get it was cheap but it honestly should not have broke that quick

Broken on my 1st day fixing . The broken part in my hand full of rust . I emailed alot but no reply i want to exchange or return but no reply. Enail was sent on may 22 and still no reply

This thing is complete garbage. The connetors leak, the hose will kink no matter what, and it won't return completely. Don't bother trying it because it is junk.

Reel broke The second time using it. Customer service has been even worse. Haven’t been able to resolve the issue or even offered a replacement.

My hose reel worked with one pull and never would reel itself back in. I have emailed customer service numerous times and I was told to tighten things up on it. That's a big ass "NO" from me. If you can't send me a product that works then I don't want it. I have yet to get any more replies back from my emails about returning the product for a full refund. Now I'm stuck with a hose reel that doesn't work.

I bought this for my detailing business and I on my first use it broke. I was able to reel out the hose no problem and everything worked fine, then I went to reel it back in and it refused to reel in. I’ve done everything I can to try and fix this and given the retractable part of the product is what makes it $100, I would expect it to retract. Overall, do not buy this retractable hose from VEVOR, as it does not work.

I purchased the VEVOR Pressure Washer Hose Reel expecting a durable and reliable product,However, the auto-retract system quickly started having problems. The hose constantly gets tangled and jammed during rewinding, and now the automatic rewind barely works. I have to manually guide the hose every time, which defeats the purpose of buying a retractable reel. The reel feels sturdy, but the main feature the auto-rewind mechanism is unreliable. For a product advertised as heavy-duty and designed for pressure washers, I expected much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
