I am very pleased with this handpan purchase. The instrument came well packaged and was in tune. For the price as an entry level drum it feels really well made and has an enjoyable tone to it.

Arrivé bien emballé dans un carton et l'handpan dans le sac de transport. Le modèle 9 notes n'était pas disponible dommage. Débutant donc besoin de tutos 12 notes pour apprendre.

Suzanne My husband loves this
440 Hz 9 nut
We were traveling in Germany when we heard someone playing a handgun and my husband was mesmerized. "Great," I thought,"Christmas is solved." That is until I found out how much they cost. Then I found this one. My husband is delighted. It sounds lovely and seems to be of good quality. Since he is not a virtuoso, I doubt he would know the difference. I think that if you want to to try a handgun this one is great for the price.

Don Consumer

This is a great company to do business with. When a company wants to sell you something is on top of things, but many run and hide when there is a problem. What a company does when something goes wrong is worth more than all else. Vevor was quick in there responses when there was a problem and offered a reasonable solution. When this was not practical, they immediately sent a replacement. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. The item I had purchased was a gift that brought great joy to a loved one one. There was only a brief pause in that happiness due to Vevor's quick and caring customer service. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
