Junk, head flops around like a broken dolls neck and after one charge and use it comes back with an E1 code. Which identifies that it can’t pull vacuum, that is not correct it does have vacuum THE BATTERY WONT CHARGE ! Reaching customer service is a hassle and it is probably easier to get your cc company to reverse the charges. Know what you’re buying, nothing is special, the price = the quality… so the old American saying holds true, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Let’s see how long this post stays up!

This vacuume was worthless. It did not lick up the dirt just left lines on the floor where it swept it. I had to disconnect the head and use it with no attachments and it still did not suck hard enough. I tried for a week and put it in the dumpster

Do not buy this. It has very poor battery life and suction. I reached out to Vevor re: the issue and I wanted to return for a refund and they refused. Don't be like me and waste your money and be stuck with a product that does not work. Its very poor quality and even worse customer service.

The vevor vacuum looked and was pushed like it was going to be the best thing ever but it truly isn't it doesn't suck as strong as it is advertised and the battery will not hold for me to vacuum 2 rooms in my house. Very disappointed

It broke after 3 months........JUNK why do you need more characters to explain lousy products that stop working?

First off,,Love the little vacuum. Bought two of them. Contacted Vervor wanting to order an extra battery for each and was DENIED! Nowhere in the description did it explain or go into detail that it was made overseas , which I knew of course but was told after I was denied, that you can’t buy an extra battery for these due to shipping! Makes absolutely no sense! They deal with millions of overseas shipping every year and “can’t” ship extra batteries for these! Piss poor service with an even worse excuse or answer! They did say if it broke they could fix or replace!! Someone please make sense of this!!🤷🏽‍♂️🙄

Well since it hasn't arrived and probably lost in Chinas shipping limbo I'm gonna say this product suxxxx

Battery last for 2 rooms Takes a week of charging to do the house Don’t buy I wish I hadn’t wasted my money

Very disappointed suction is horrible and battery dies very quickly Would not recommend buying this item
