Le SAV n'est pas joignable par téléphone. Nous échangeons par messagerie et je viens d'apprendre que mon couvercle de remplacement est soit disant perdu.

Hallo, leider ist die Distille eine absolute Katastrophe: Die Kupferspirale und Kupferrohre sind falsch dimensioniert, sodass der Topf mit dem Kühlwasser nicht mittig zum stehen kommt. Aber selbst wenn das der Fall wäre, würde der Topf nicht zwischen den Auslass und der mitgelieferte Thermometer passen. Also stand der Kühlwassertopf bei meinem ersten Brennvorgang irgendwie über den Rand hinaus, was dazu führte, dass sich der Boden des Maischebehälters total verformt hat und nachher nur noch auf deiner Seite Kontakt zum Herd hatte.

Bonjour, Pour commencer, aucune notice de montage, mais genre zéro quoi. Petit livret de présentation et de recette 100% anglais. Pas de support induction, ça tombe mal, je n'ai que ça. Je l'ai monté tant bien que mal puis démonté pour un retour au cause de ça. Enfin, renvoyez le gars qui colle les étiquettes en fin de fabrication sur la cuve, car 200ml de dissolvant et 2 éponges ne sont pas venu à bout de cette colle sur de l'inox !

I have been trying to return this kit for 5 days now with their team delivering expert levels of rigamarole. I am 100% sure this review will be hidden (after doing research it appears they hide bad reviews among other sketchy practices). Not worth your time. If you have any issues they will send lengthy, generic template responses that do not address anything relevant to what’s being discussed. Do not shop here.
