Fan blower didn’t last 2 weeks. Stopped working.

I was looking forward to trying out this product after seeing the largely positive reviews. However, I would highly recommend that you do not waste your time and money with this company. Their customer service is simply abismal. After receiving the product, it was unfortunately just simply too large for our space, so I was hoping to return the item and purchase another one of their products that would work better for us. Six days later, after numerous encounters with what seemed like generic responses from AI and constant questions I finally have been told that I cannot get a full refund and will have to pay shipping costs. I encountered a similar issue with another company prior to this purchase and they had a full refund and paid return label sorted within a day of initiation. Should you have any issues with your order do not expect any useful customer service. With so many other companies producing similar items with real care and customer service, you would be much better off looking elsewhere. I suggest you do your research and look around at other people’s experiences as well with this company. A simple google search will explain a lot and I wish that was something I knew before purchasing.

This piece of equipment is a powerhouse – incredibly effective and robust. It's perfectly suited for everything I need it for, providing strong and consistent airflow. However, I had a very frustrating experience with the delivery by GLS Ireland. The courier service was unhelpful and caused significant delays and complications, which really soured the anticipation of receiving such a great product. This was a stark contrast to my past experiences with An Post, who have always delivered my Vevor orders promptly and without any issues whatsoever. On a positive note, Vevor's customer service was incredibly supportive and efficient in helping to resolve the delivery problems. While I can't recommend the Vevor air blower highly enough, and Vevor's customer service was excellent, I sincerely hope that Vevor reconsiders using GLS Ireland for future deliveries to Ireland. Sticking with An Post would ensure a much smoother and more reliable delivery experience for customers. Product 5 stars ***** Delivery - would give 0 stars if possible!!!
