Cheap quality but it works. Bolts wont stay secured. Constantly tightening them.

First I would like to say it’s a cheap ladder . Next I would like to state I am 160lbs and when I climb this ladder it bows in the middle very bad and is very unstable.

I received this ladder from FedEx, found the foot of the ladder bent pretty bad.I immediately contact customer service and I also purchased insurance but both Customer Service Departments replied with telling me to wait 48 hrs while they look into the problem. I need the ladder to change out the light fixture on 16’ ceiling this weekend. Now I can stare at this ladder for the weekend, would anyone use this to get up to 16’ ceiling ?I hope they will schedule Fedex to come to pick up the ladder.

Well, I was pretty happy when I saw this ladder. I am 325 pounds and ladders for that weight are very expensive. My wife kept telling me to get the 300 lb ladder, which I need for about 20 feet to get above our camper. I said absolutely not…when I’m 20 feet up, I don’t want to risk a bad ladder! Anyway, I got this ladder. When I received it, I noticed it is VERY narrow and very light. I didn’t like it, but if it holds me, I guess I don’t need a wide ladder. So, I opened it. It is very long! I climbed up it and it was bending quite a bit and was VERY flimsy! I was fearing for my life. I will not be using it again without a brace under it. I’m contemplating returning it, but I still need a ladder to get above my camper. Since the price was so good, I’ll probably keep it at the camper so my sons can get on the roof if needed. In short, no way will it hold 330 pounds. Very disappointed. I have been buying a lot of Vevor tools lately and am pretty happy with them, but I will not risk my life on this ladder.

these ladders suck. you can’t even use them in a real life scenario. they are sketchy asf. the hinge system is ass backwards. the weight should be applied to the stop side of the hinge. one of them popped open while I was using it. almost fuckin died!

The ladder arrived damaged and even though I purchased the warranty, Vevor is refusing to make the issue right. They keep saying it's 'resolved' and I have to keep reopening the ticket to try and get a return label sent to me. I'm starting to believe this company is a scam.
