Budoc Pas livrée!
Envoyée dans les délais. Le transporteur ne passe pas chez moi et dépose dans un loker à 15 km de chez moi. Je refuse d'aller chercher le colis. Pas de reliivraison donc retour pour 900km. Développement durable! Remboursement rapide du vendeur. Donc les étoiles sont là pour faire beau. Ceci dit j'en ai acheté une du même type chez un concurrent (qui me l'a livrée) et elle fonctionne parfaitement.

A good little unit, but delivery was very poor, package was to big to fit in the mail box, so it was left on the ground under my mailbox, driver couldn’t be bothered to bring a short distance to the house, I was away for 2 days and luckily it wasn’t stolen as it was on a busy road.

Worked fine first few weeks. Now it will not open automatically when time comes. I don't know if they will replace it or what, require the defective one returned on my dime etc.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe diese Hühnerklappe nie bekommen. Laut DPD Fahrer konnte nicht zugestellt werden weil niemand zu Hause. Das ist eine Lüge. Er hätte nur 20 Meter bis zur Klingel laufen müssen. Also wurde die Klappe zum Versender zurückgeschickt. Entsprechend Ihrer Empfehlung haben wir eine Geldrückzahlung beantragt um eine neue Bestellung zu starten. Auch die Geldrückzahlung ist nicht erfolgt. Ich weiß nicht was ich davon halten soll und bitte dringend um Aufklärung und eine Antwort.
