Realicé un pedido a través de la aplicación de Vevor y, lamentablemente, nunca llegó. El seguimiento del envío no ofrecía información clara y nunca se ha actualizado hasta un mes después que marca como entregado. La experiencia ha sido negativa. Desde atención al cliente me dieron un plazo y después de dos semanas de retraso esperando para poder finalizar mi proyecto he tenido que comprar el mismo producto de la misma marca en otra app y ha llegado muy rápido. Desde Vevor deberían haber enviado rápidamente otra vez el producto, no sabían la ubicación del pedido ni tenían información del seguimiento desde atención al cliente, y la única solución que me dieron era esperar. Considero que la empresa debería mejorar tanto su logística como su atención al cliente. No recomendaría comprar aquí hasta que solucionen este tipo de incidencias.
