It is a nice, waterproof product with a non-slip surface underneath. I apply this for my enclosed trailer Ram door and the floor for protection. Looks nice and use carpet tape to stick that in the floor. That carpet made it easier to move stuff inside a trailer. It protects the trailer's surface from snowy conditions, making it easy to sweep snow from the carpet.

Excellent product easy to use…made my boat look like new again and feels great on your feet…would definitely recommend and would buy again.

Overall great. Box came opened, but still rolled and rolled out well. I used HVAC duct tin snips to cut and worked great. The brown rubber backing is quite thicker than I expected. The 6x10 section I cut stays in place by itself on kitchen painted China Birch plywood. One drop of white paint came out OK, just water, but I felt like I needed to conserve how much rubbing to do, otherwise the tiny white fuzzy rug fibers, in my opinion, might come look or fuzz out. I hope I don't have to buy a new one every 2 years if the tiny fuzz coils uncoil or or get more like fuzz. Rug has a more cotton feel than plastic feel. For a clean pragmatic floor covering, this is nice. Doesn't look like carpet for a boat, looks nice for home. I just wish it was cheaper, because those fuzziness of the rug I wonder if it will hold up for 2 years, I expect. There are few choices with rug coverings. Room sound is better, walking is a bit softer. Doesn't expand with heat. Somehow dirt and 3 weeks of use, it stays clean. Since it's so light brown, I thought it would show every foot print, but really good so far.

I'm very happy with the carpet. I like the deep blue. I didn't measure the length precisely, it's about 39'2". Close enough since I had more length than I needed for my project. Width, though, is less than 6 feet. It is 1.8 metres precisely. As with other Vevor products, use the metric measurements in the descriptions when planning your projects. Installation was straightforward, no frustrations once I figured out I had to unroll the entire carpet and re-roll it. It comes rolled up in a way to ensure it lays flat right out of the box, which makes the heavy roll difficult to manipulate without a helper. I didn't bother with glue but used a few staples in strategic spots along a few edges to keep my options open if I need to make adjustments next year when the weather warms up. I don't know if carpet will expand or not in the heat. I can see how it would work well on a boat deck (marine carpet, after all), and it would be easy to use in a car to cover up salt-stained and gravel-eroded carpets. I'm thinking of using my leftover piece to cover my flat four-wheeled dolly. Ask me in a year what I think of the carpet, after I've stomped winter snow on it, sloshed spring mud on it, dripped water on it after a summer swim in the river, and sorted my fall vegetable harvest on it. I think it'll hold up well.

Nice Quality, easy to use with carpet glue for boat projects ! Unlike cheep carpets this one has the rubber backing for marine USE.

Bought this carpet and was initially skeptical based on the price. When I received the carpet I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the carpet itself, as well as the rubber bottom layer. The carpet I ordered was "Light Gray" but the carpet (as you can see) is very much so blue... Being that I was on a time constraint, we opted to move forward with the carpet, despite the colour issue. My father and I were restoring a 2002 Lund SSV. This portion of the restoration was installing a floor. We framed it all with mahogany, pre-cut the 3/4" marine grade plywood (with 1/8" additional space to account for carpet wrapping around) and sealed it all with "Seal-Once" which I also recommend. We then glued the carpet down with outdoor carpet adhesive, as well as stretching it around all sides, stapling it on the bottom. We did some testing, and as it turns out you are able to drill through this carpet (in our case to make pilot holes for the stainless hardware going into the mahogany framing) which did not cause any pulls in the carpet. Again, pleasantly surprised. All fastened down and in place we were able to walk around on it. We both found that it had fairly good traction when wet, and was soft enough on bare feet. If I ever require any outdoor carpet for another boat, or any other project, I will buy more of this same carpet. Shipping and customer support are also top notch. Highly Recommend.

The VEVOR Deep Blue Marine Carpet 6 ft x 18 ft Marine Carpeting Marine Grade was just I need for my back pouch. I wanted something that handle outside that I can walk on and feel good. Work out very well and would purchase this carpeting again. Also it arrived in just days not weeks.
