Too plushy

Kolor: Szary Zweryfikowany zakup

Thought it was a heavy plush but more like for bedroom. Hard to vacuum, too light that rugs stay stuck in vacuum, even on high setting

The rug is nice and big and soft but its impossible to vacuum. When I complained about it to the company they advised it couldn't be vacuumed but u could wipe with a wet cloth or shake it. The listing for the run says you can vacuum on low.
