So far, I have ground two batches of hard wheat berries mixed with spelt and did not bother to double grind or strain them before using them in baking. The results of about one minute of grinding had very fine flour. I did not smell any burning. I saw a spark once when I started and the motor does get hot but this works like a champ.

It arrived fast, was very easy to set up and works so well almost as though i purchased a grade too high for what i need it for. It blends the grain in less than 10 seconds. Amazing

Honestly I was going to give this machine four stars since I experienced an incredibly shaky start. At first, I followed the video exactly. Nothing happened. The light came on but the motor was not engaging. I poured out the rice and tea twice to make sure the blades weren't jammed by the rice. They were not. I tried plugging and unplugging. Letting it sit for 10 minutes, etc. Still nothing. I know nothing about motors so after looking at the instructions again, page 16 has brush replacement instructions, I thought maybe this machine has a dud brush. So I took them out (what do I know about brushes?) compared them to the spare set that comes with the unit. They looked the same. So I put them back in. Tried again, the machine did turn on for about 2 seconds, then the motor emitted a huge blue spark (thankfully I was doing this outside on a brick patio with no fire hazards around) and STOPPED. So I came inside and wrote up a ticket to get some help or advice. I kept thinking about how it worked after the brushes were reinstalled...even if only for two seconds. So I took the brushes out. One of them was completely flat and burnt. I had only put the black cap back in level with the side of the unit, not over tightening, so I do not know why it got burnt. I decided to replace it with one of the spares. I put them back in exactly the same way. Tried my first run again and everything went smooth as silk leaving me with a beautiful powder of rice and tea (about 8 cups), no sparking. I let it sit for a couple of minutes, ran my second batch (about a finger width short of the minimum just to see how it did) and again had zero issues and got beautiful powdery results. Third batch was 6 cups of pecans. Turned out like crunchy peanut butter. Very satisfied with that result. Fourth batch, rice and tea powder (from the first batch) to cleanout residual pecan paste. Again no issues. (I know NOW... not supposed to do raw, oily nuts.) I still have a ticket because I don't know if the first blue spark indicates a deeper safety issue. If it was just a brush issue, I am hoping Vevor will send me another brush since I had to use one of my spares on the very first day. So I give it five stars instead of four based on the assumption the issue is fixed with the new brush since the four batches were finally completed without any issues and gave beautiful results. I will come back with a future update if that status changes... but I hope it won't as I really do like this machine and look forward to using it a lot. I am looking forward to trying organic dried chick peas when they arrive in a couple of weeks. Note. I know this says 2500g (5lb)... ridiculous. Really 8 cups, as I was expecting per the size shown in the video. (Will be keeping rice & tea powder for future cleanings. No sense wasting.) Edit: Oc08 They are shipping me additional brushes. Machine runs like a dream now that brushes are correctly installed. Dried organic chickpeas powdered like a dream.

Je l'ai acheté le mois passé, je suis pâtissière il me sert à moudre les amandes, j'ai eu un problème de manipulation l'appareil c'est arrêté d'un coup on croyait quil était casser. J'ai contacté le service client sur le site en 48h jai eu une réponse, l'appareil a un système de précaution ils m'ont dit d'appui lles sur un petit bouton et voila l'appareil a redémarrer normalement, donc ils sont professionnel et l'appareil est très puissant. Je recommande le dite et l'appareil.
