In un'ottica di miglioramento continuo del prodotto, ci tenevo tuttavia a segnalarvi due aspetti riscontrati durante l'utilizzo: Scintilla all'accensione: Ho notato che, all'azionamento della manopola di accensione, si genera una piccola scintilla interna. Pur supponendo possa trattarsi del normale contatto iniziale dei motori a spazzole ad alta velocità, gradirei una vostra conferma scritta per essere del tutto rassicurata sulla sicurezza del componente. Meccanismo di chiusura del coperchio (Ergonomia): Il sistema attuale, che prevede di avvitare e successivamente spingere le due maniglie sopra la vite inferiore, risulta eccessivamente duro e faticoso nell'uso pratico. Per mantenere ferma la vite inferiore ho riscontrato una resistenza tale da farmi male alle dita. Vi suggerisco di valutare per i modelli futuri un sistema di chiusura alternativo (ad esempio a pressione con ganci rapidi a scatto), che garantirebbe la medesima sicurezza ma con uno sforzo nettamente inferiore per l'utente. Sarebbe utile, un manuale esplicativo sui tempi di macinatura per le varie tipologie di cereali, erbe, ecc..

great machine. makes nice and fine finished product, only complaint is its loud

I wanted to buy a mill which can make millet and flour aswell. According to the description and the photos at the web it is able to make flour. But the perforadet plate with the smallest holes are not small enough to make flour from wheat, corn, or etc. Even if I mill it several time one after the other. It would be advised to give a perforated plate whith smaller holes such as 1-1.5 mm in diameter. I tried to buy it separatly, but is seems impossible. So I can't use it for I wanted originally. Sad about that.

This is a great grinder for the price. It works fast and rarely gets hung up. My only complaint is that it is impossible to remove the blade to clean it. We have tried everything and have had to accept that the thing is not coming out. I use it to grind product for our business and would like to be able to clean it properly.

Le broyeur est solide, facile à utiliser et très performant, la mouture est très fine. Un inconvénient : il est assez bruyant.

Het qualiteit is goed,maar het maakt veel larwaai .bp is erg. Is ook moeilijk om het loos te maken om te wassen. Bedankt.

The grinder is good, but the switch is loose. It has been a learning experience to say the least. Getting quality flour from it was too hard, tons of sifting are required. I've rerun the Bigger particles to get more usable flour, sometimes twice. I have made usable edible breads.
