la consegna, super veloce arrivato in 24H. l'apparecchio praticamente uguale al fratello 5500W da me già installato e in uso da 8 mesi, programmazione quasi identica. Per il WiFi ho avuto un pochino di problemi con l'App, ma credo sia più perché ho 68 anni e sono un vecchio zuccone, adesso funzione da tre giorni ed è solo un pochino più rumoroso del fratello 5500W forse perché sembra avere una migliore ventilazione

this inverter works just fine... BUT! when connected to grid set to lib instructions are lacking. i get error code 8 manual say to set item 12 higher then item 13 which i did. came home error 8. in suf mode inverter pushes back to grid fine my solar edge shuts off( my error i can deal). i want it to use grid as back up in sub with out error code 8 and no pushing the grid. (solaredge shut off). with breaker off solar running pv, and batteries charging 48vdc at 400amp hours at 16percent load i ran 6hours just fine then shut off. quality is outstanding i think. sleeping to free a/c in arkansas priceless for 6hours. i need more batteries. vevor better instructions on setup up of lipe4 please no comunication (litime battery 4 each). i give a 4 out of 5. J

Habe es am 26.1..26 gekauft er funktioniert nicht richtig er brumm Einstreuung am Ausgang des Wechselrichters er lädt nicht über Netz ,Bedienungsanleitung nur in Englisch dabei

the inverter was easy to set up but the APPs are a total joke. and near impossible to get working so this is the last thing i buy from VEVOR until they either include the software or make an APP that actually works, i wasted a day trying to get these useless apps working even with the help of Chat-gp and Ai could not get it to work and WHY WHY WHY does the writing in these bloody Chinese manuals have to be so tiny?! I needed to use a magnifying glass to read the overcomplicated setup and worst of all the so called "QR Code" on the side of the machine just leads you back to the VEVOR Shopping site no apps there either what a truly awful experience!

I was sent the wrong inverter and Vevor is unwilling or unable to fix the issue. After 6 emails over the past 45 days I was sent this message "If we don't receive your feedback within 24 hours, the issue would be automatically considered as solved by the system." The issue is far from being solved! I was sent the wrong inverter! The inverter that was sent to me will not work on my system! Vevor is NOT a good company to order things from!

I purchased the EM6200-48L Hybrid Solar Inverter and spent weeks troubleshooting an issue with VEVOR support. The inverter only uses PV correctly in SUF mode. In both SBU and Solar Only modes it ignores the available PV power (and in SBU also ignores a fully charged battery) and powers the load entirely from the utility grid. I provided screenshots, videos, settings, serial number and performed every test requested by VEVOR, including changing settings directly from the inverter LCD and multiple restarts. The problem remains unresolved. SUF is not an acceptable workaround because it exports excess energy to the utility grid, which is not permitted in my installation. As an installer, I expected proper engineering support, firmware guidance or a clear diagnosis. Unfortunately, after multiple tickets and many days of waiting, I still have no solution. I hope VEVOR engineering will finally investigate this issue.
