I purchased a 1500W power inverter on June 14th, 2026. The product arrived defective and non-functional from the very first moment. As soon as I received it, I confirmed it was not working and opened a formal complaint on June 20th, providing photos and video evidence of the defect (Ticket #3500608). For several days I received no useful response. A second ticket was opened (#3518763). From that point on, the support agent responded repeatedly with the exact same generic message: that my case had been escalated, marked as urgent, and that the technical team would get back to me as soon as possible. That same copy-paste reply came back every single time I followed up. On June 29th, after sending a formal notice threatening legal action and a chargeback through Klarna, VEVOR's team acknowledged my case and confirmed they would send a replacement unit. I accepted and confirmed I wanted the replacement. Their response: "the team has been notified and will respond as soon as possible." On June 30th I asked where the replacement was. On July 1st, the answer was — again — "your case has been escalated and marked as urgent." Today is July 5th, 2026. It has been 21 days since I received a defective product. I have no replacement unit, no tracking number, and no refund. VEVOR's support system is designed to exhaust the customer with delays and copy-paste responses until they give up. When faced with a formal ultimatum, they made a promise they did not keep. This is not an isolated communication failure — it is a pattern. I have initiated a chargeback through Klarna for a product not as described, and filed a formal complaint with the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). I am a regular VEVOR customer and a business owner. I purchase tools and equipment frequently. This situation could have been resolved with a simple replacement on day one. Instead, VEVOR chose three weeks of delays, false promises, and automated responses. I do not recommend purchasing from VEVOR if you expect any form of after-sales support when something goes wrong.

Nie wiem zbytnio co mam napisać. Dostarczone kable wraz z invertieren mogą spowodować pożar. Zaczeły się nagrzewać do tego stopnia że zaczeło przetapiać izolację, była podłaczona do dmuchawy Parkside 2000W przez 15min. Kabel powinien być min 50mm2. Nie wiem jaki jest dostarczony ale wygląda trochę na 35mm2. Dodatkowo występuje co jakiś czas przerwa z zasilaniu (ktoś w komentarzu o tym wspominał 1gwiazdka). Napięcie na sekundę spada do 100V (tyle udało mi się zauważyc na wyświetlaczu). Inverter zdąży w tym czasie 2 razy pipnąć. Reklamować? Te przewody wewnętrzne są osmolone i nie wiem co mam robić... Już zamówiłem przewody 70mm2. Bo z tymi dostarczonymi to proszenie się o kłopoty. Może przy niższych obciążeniach jest okej. Edit1. Vevor stanął na wysokości zadania i przyjął reklamację. Dostałem zwrot całej gotówki. Kupiłem przetwornicę 24V.

Wilde dit apparaat als tussenschakel met CV voor als de stroom uitvalt, dit werkt echter niet ondanks dat de output 230 volt is. de CV schakelt niet door naar branden al probeert hij het wel.
