Katuschenfilter ist wertig gearbeitet. Warum sind die Anschlüsse nicht auf der gleichen Seite? Es gibt keine ersatzteile oder Ersatzfilter. Also man kann nur hoffen das er ewig hält. Das Produkt ist sehr Hochwertig gefertigt. Einfach zu bedienen und optisch ansprechend. Leider gibt es für diesen Filter keine Ersatzfilter Kartuschen zu kaufen. Sollten mit angeboten werden.! Schöne Grüße

Honestly, there are problems with this unit, mostly manufacturing defects which should not be. Cracks in 3 different parts so far after only a few months of service and I found out the filters do not filter down enough to get rid of dead algae and only filter down to 50 microns, whereas Pentair filters go down to 20 microns. This makes a big difference. I feel anxious because what else will break apart on this system. I am very unhappy with it and with the service from Vevor, since they dont understand common English and fumble around with requests and it takes many days to get any kind of feedback. I would not buy this again and I now will not buy from Vevor again despite the low cost versus the competition.

Zero customer service response in 5 days. I can’t even order the parts on their website. No stores carry the parts because it’s Chinese junk in weird sizes. RESPOND TO MY LIVE CHAT REQUESTS AND SEND ME MY PARTS!

I do not know where to begin. Item arrived in a timely manner and was heavy duty but after looking it over I noticed a triangular puncture in the side of the filter. Then looked at the box same thing. I contacted Vevor and i would get an automated response that they wont get back with in 48 hours and they did every 2 days I would get another email and another email with little results. Eventually I had to get my bank involved then things started happening. So frustrating because it took 3 weeks longer to open my pool this year

The filter seems to be well made but unfortunately I can't by from Vevor when it comes to filters. As a business owner, 3 weeks is not except able for shipping. When I checked out, it said shipping as fast as Dec 9th. A week was fine butt to receive it on the 26th when I ordered on Dec 2nd. Totally not exceptable. My customer was unhappy because her pool was shut down for so long. The quality of the filter to seems to be at par with the more expensive brands for less money though. Be aware of the shipping time when ordering from VEVOR....

I purchased 725 model cartrige pool filter 4 days ago, and right now trying to find spare filter for. Send massages to vevir, but no answer, looks on all sides in internet, no answer. Planning to return
