Bought on 8/28/26 .. finally received a week later box was damaged and parts visible . Looks like a returned item not new. Back and forth texting/ email with support still no satisfaction. even sent a video. This is a gift it looks like I got it from a thrift store. Requested a refund or even an exchange. Response was for me to count pieces in the box and set it up then let them know if any thing is missing. Over the pass 2 months I have spent over a thousand $.. I have to go shopping somewhere else. I am a 86 years old. I always thought this company was the best , Now I know better. BUYER BEWARE.

Missing all the bolts, can't put it together.

Easy to assemble but even the box says not for outdoor use! Really? Wind turns this thing into a kite. Lift is so profound that it actually snapped the grounding pegs. Cover only held on by nylon ribbons. Had it up less than a week then disassembled it and threw it in the garbage.

I give it 2 stars for the price alone. But as I unbox tge entire package, I get to the 2nd part of STEP 1 and immediately realize that there's nowhere near enough short bolts to assemble this greenhouse. This is my third Greenhouse. One from these guys, and two from somewhere else. But EVERY ONE OF THEM has had missing parts. Basically im saying, if you order one of these portable little hoop houses from ANYWHERE...right when it gets delivered, reach out to who it was ordered from and tell them that theres NO bolts in the package and get them to send replacements. Save yourself the time and hassle

Missing Poles and mix matched poles also several poles bent

We received the package (board card) damaged. It was ripped, so some of the screws were lost on the way, the instructions paper was totally wet so impossible to use. Very bad experience.

The wind destroyed it. Got to use it for about 30 days. Not recommended if you have any sort of chance of strong eind

I love the product until we had one slightly windier day than normal and it completely collapsed. One of the zippers also ripped pretty soon after we built it. Overall the product lasted maybe 2 months

Sto attendendo istruzioni da Vevor per capire se devo restituirlo o se posso aprirlo e capire se è integro e completo, per. Il prezzo pagato spero di ricevere un buono di acquisto per il prezzo pagato, tra le altre cose quando lo acquistato era in promo!!! Quindi 4 giorni dopo doppia promo!?! Assurdo
