No trae instrucciones en castellano y ni siquiera se para que sirve unos accesorios que trae. Todo esta en inglés y no es posible cambiar de idioma. La empresa de trasporte fatal, me lo dejo enmedio de la calle y amenazaba lluvia, ni meterlo en la entrada del edificio quería, yo cambiaría de empresa de trasporte. Por lo demás en principio se ve todo bien.

Tuve que devolver el sillón, porque el servicio de transporte, no incluía subirlo hasta mi piso, tendrían que haber venido 2 personas y solo vino el conductor. El producto es muy pesado

Overall a decent massage chair, but a few CRITICAL upgrades would be nice. Make the LCD screen and ALL buttons on the LCD viewable! With the way the screen is, you have to get out a flashlight or cell phone light to see what they say. Even then, what their function is, is a guess. It comes down to just pushing buttons and hope that the chair does things that feel good. The mid back area is very light pressure while the butt and low back is high. Other than those things, overall a relaxing experience. I just wish I wasn't frustrated with the LCD and buttons every time I sit down.

decent chair and does massage the back and buttocks and back of thighs but does not even reach the shoulders or neck which is what I really wanted. also massages very hard even when you turn down massage level is still very hard on the back.

Fotel jest przewidziany na człowieka małych rozmiarów, np dla typowego chińczyka. Brak możliwości ustawienia masażu kręgosłupa szyjnego. Oraz nie ma instrukcji w języku Polskim..

Worked really hard the last few months and wanted to treat myself to something and was very disappointed in this purchase. I love vevor products but this massage chair is the lower end of the line but that definitely not worth $1,000 with tax and the protection plan which is a good idea for something with so many moving parts. It was easy to set up I didn't really need the instructions to plug it all in and hook it all up, the controller is confusing and it can't really do everything all at the same time. One thing I noticed was the fact that I'm five six and the neck massaging part is in the middle of my head unless I sit on two pillows and then the foot massaging part is not getting the bottom of my feet. I'd sat in a friend's massage chair prior to buying this one and I was able to push my feet down to apply more pressure to the rollers this one because it's self-adjusts is on like a spring so you can never really push down into it I was hoping to have a full body massage but this is definitely not the one if you are someone on the shorter stature. I know it's the economy version but I didn't even get the Bluetooth to work it just will never connect on two different phones. Hopefully they take it back and refund me the money so I can buy a larger one to see if it's just the low end of the scale or my height

Chair arrived missing crucial hardware. It took 5+ weeks for vevor to supposedly dispatch the missing parts. For nearly 2 weeks they swore the parts were on the way, but they could not provide any tracking information. Supposedly the parts were "lost in transit". They want me to print off a prepaid shipping label for a 160lb chair that was delivered frate. Only after they magically receive the chair back, will they refund me. Stay away from these shady scammers.

I was very excited to receive my massage chair, and I have to say that the delivery was fast, which was a great start. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that the chair arrived damaged. The good news is that some of the chair features does work, but the zero gravity is broken and overall it’s still a real shame to receive a brand-new product in damaged condition, especially when you’re excited to finally receive it. This is my first experience with VEVOR, so I’m hoping their customer service will be able to help and find a fair solution. I would be happy to update my review if the issue is resolved. I am also unable on the app to upload any of the photos unfortunately... Hopefully VEVOR can make this right!

The description what shows before I bought nothing was matched when it came when I use it. It was really bad and I called before customer service. They are really bad. I will never buy from anything anymore.
