Good massage chair—no phone holder and the screen isn’t lit at night, but it gives a great massage and is worth the money.

The chair is impressive at this price point and was delivered on time. I was excited to try it and take advantage of its many features. Everything seemed fine at first and then I realized that I was too big for it to be useful. I am 6’ tall and 185 pounds so I never expected a problem fitting in the chair but it is way to short for my neck, too narrow at my shoulders and a snug fit on my hips. The leg features were the only ones that fit and they worked great. The product description indicated that the chair could accept a person 6’ 3” and 250 pounds but I argue that 5, 8” and 160 are the max for this chair. I will keep you posted as to the Vevor return process. I am a monthly Vevor customer so I have high expectations.

Love the chair..only one main issue. I don't have large feet (size 9) but my feet don't fit in foot area without pinching at the top. I don't know what can be done about that but it does hinder the enjoyment of the massage some. Otherwise, the massage is good and firm and helps my back issues. Really wish the foot issue wasn't there

No trae instrucciones en castellano y ni siquiera se para que sirve unos accesorios que trae. Todo esta en inglés y no es posible cambiar de idioma. La empresa de trasporte fatal, me lo dejo enmedio de la calle y amenazaba lluvia, ni meterlo en la entrada del edificio quería, yo cambiaría de empresa de trasporte. Por lo demás en principio se ve todo bien.

Tuve que devolver el sillón, porque el servicio de transporte, no incluía subirlo hasta mi piso, tendrían que haber venido 2 personas y solo vino el conductor. El producto es muy pesado

Overall a decent massage chair, but a few CRITICAL upgrades would be nice. Make the LCD screen and ALL buttons on the LCD viewable! With the way the screen is, you have to get out a flashlight or cell phone light to see what they say. Even then, what their function is, is a guess. It comes down to just pushing buttons and hope that the chair does things that feel good. The mid back area is very light pressure while the butt and low back is high. Other than those things, overall a relaxing experience. I just wish I wasn't frustrated with the LCD and buttons every time I sit down.
