I love this chair, it's comfortable, great material, it works well, quiet and has a lot of features. Shipping was super fast and it came undamaged. Beware it's in one BIG box! A couple of observations: the remote has a button for lifting the feet (upper left corner, see picture)... but it shows a down arrow, making you think it brings the feet down (backwards?). The wireless charger does not work with phones that have a magnet or a finger ring! Would have been better if they provided a USB port instead! One other missing thing is a video showing how to assemble it. The instructions on paper are ok, but I wanted to see the video prior to the chair arriving to know what to expect. The customer rep didn't know if a video exists, opened a ticket to have someone look into it, and never gave me an answer. I assume no video!

Chairs are comfortable and work great!

Got these chairs for my elderly mom and dad they loved them .

Very comfortable works well but very slow to raise and lower the chair. This arm pads are kind of flimsily attached to the side panels.

Was a great help to me when I had my hip replacement.

Fairly easy to assemble, strong massage in all areas, heat is great, comfortable, large seat, nice fabric. A great value especially when compared to the price point of other brands.
