I do like the chair but there were and are a couple of issues. First the back was not stuffed full enough probably it got flattened when packaged but more filler should accompany the chair. Vevor customer service was very nice when I notified them of this issue and we rectified the situation. Second we didn't find instruction sheet until chair was put together as it was deep inside the base had to follow on line. Third the foot rest is not on straight and there is fabric covered wood sticking out past the cushioning . When all is said and done the chair works well so far. Purchased approx. 2 to 3 months ago.

I don't understand why it takes so long for delivery once it gets to Regina. I think you need to get a better delivery company

So let's start. The company is great. The chair however sucks. The thing raises leaning to the right. Its bad enough that I thought it was going to dump me on the floor. The back does not sit up straight enough to watch the television. It does not support your head or neck at all. The massage feature is more like a body jiggler. It is a complete waste of time. The thing is supposed to have heat. I tried to prove that several times but nothing ever heated up. Do yourself a favor go to a furnature store and pick a quality chair. Hurt once pay once. If you buy this chair you will most assuredly be buying another chair from somewhere else. I could not use this chair. It just hurt too much. Vevor was great through this experience. I sent pictures and a short video of how unstable the chair was. They sent me a return label for FedEx. I scheduled a pick up from my house. As soon as it was scanned into their system Vavor issued my refund. Like I said the chair sucked but Vavor was great.

Not happy with the chair has many limitations compared to other chairs also interesting to see it advertised for less money after purchase on market place and elsewhere

Does not recline all the way. (Sleeping position.)(It is the sleeping position that I needed.) Forty-eight back and forth emails so far, saying they are working on a solution. If I fail to respond to each of their emails within twenty-four hours they will consider the problem solved. (!) No help at all. I have asked for a replacement controller multiple times with no response to my request. PayPal will not refund. I do not recommend VECOR. You will be disappointed with their product and service. I am out nearly $600 and am stuck with a recliner that does not recliner.

Overall quality is quite good. While the back is very high, the footrest is not long enough, and not high enough.

Back has a bar that sticks in your back needs more padding

The chair arrived in a really good time since ordering. It was easy to put together, and for now it seems to do what it's supposed to do. The foot rest raises, it leans back, and it lifts up to help one stand. The massage feature is just a bunch of vibration nodes throughout, so not really massaging. I haven't tested the heat function. I had to tape one connection together because it was missing its clip. The main downside for this review is that it just isn't comfortable. It's pretty stiff and not plush. This is a bummer, because I'll be having to sleep in it for a few weeks while I recover from my shoulder surgery. If it gets softer with use, I will update this review.
