Recieved greenhouse. After 5.5 hours of installation from horrible instructions green house assembled and missing trim piece that holds side and roof panels in place missing!! Tried contacting help center confirmed part missing with the robot you have to chat with online don’t hear anything back just kept getting asked same question finally had enough filed claim and still getting no where! Horrible company shitty customer service!!

When the shipment arrived, one of the boxes was wrong. I received a hose reel and gasoline handle. Not the plexiglass panels. Their still trying to find where they are.

We regret this purchase in every way -- item was difficult to assemble and the quality was poor -- a complete waste of time to assemble and more importantly the money. If you don't use sealant, it won't survive in a light breeze. We did seal every panel and it didn't survive 3 weeks in our Iowa Spring. Do not waste your money, do what we should have done -- build one yourself using wood and thicker panels from your local hardware store.

Absolutely poor quality. Would even with stand a breeze. That is if you can even get it put together Instructions are shit It was damaged upon arrive. Probably because it is such poor quality. Even if the shippers even handled it with care it would still be damaged because it is really such poor quality. Vevor only offered a $133 refund and didn’t ask for the previous to be returned. I did accept that cuz I was not going to take th shit mess apart and ship it back. If they really did care about their reputation they would of refunded me the full amount with no return of the shit mess th shipped to me

Fairly easy to put together. That's about the only good. First small storm and it came apart. We had it anchored and reinforced because it's fairly flimsy to be honest. Maybe if you live in an area were the weather is perfect it would be great.

Cheap wind kite

I have used a lot of assembly instructions in the past. This was the worst. Part numbers were microscopic on the page. Poor drawings. Poor explanations of important steps. I probably wasted 6 hours because of this. Deduct 2 stars Actual workmanship on the materials was pretty good, except for the railing/endcap along the bottom of the roof did not match the predrilled holes. Deduct 2 stars. I do appreciate that all parts, screws etc were marked with their part number.
