I was very disappointed when I opened the package and found that the display panel was already loose. This should not happen with a brand-new product.
It’s a real shame because the machine itself feels sturdy and well-built. Fortunately, it comes with a remote control, so I can still use it. However, receiving a damaged product right out of the box raises serious concerns about quality control.
Overall, the product is usable, but the poor build quality and lack of proper quality checks make it difficult to recommend. You really do get what you pay for.

This ozone generator is a piece of garbage. Ran it for about 2 hours. Stopped working. There was a hidden fuse no one told me about and was mentioned nowhere. Called in and cust svce told me about fuse. Replaced fuse. Machine ran but no ozone generated. The actual amount of hours that it made ozone was about 1 hr. Do not buy. Cheap Chinese crap, as usual.

Am fost blocat toată ziua la adresa de livrare în așteptarea coletului curierul trecând de fel puțin 5 ori pe lângă adresa de livrare.Nu doresc interacțiunea cu curieri vreau că coletul sa mi fie lăsat la un box al gls cel mai aproape de adresa de livrare....

Doesn't work. I've used it in a room that smells like smoke 21 times at 120 minutes, still the room smells like smoke. I bought this at an attempt to try VEVOR products. Very dissappointed.
