It’s a great product for cutting mild metals or what I am using it for is plastic. Cuts straight lines. The end of the ruler the have in the cutting board needs to be fixed to the cutting board besides that everything else is fine.

Shear arrived well packaged, though the index tape was bent, crooked, cheap and clearly useless. The shear itself seems to work quite well. It left a clean cut on the Solarplate that I tested it with. I made a quick trip to Home Depot and purchased an $8 framing square and cut the short end off. There are three holes underneath where the index tape was glued on and I used those attach my new index guide (making sure to keep it square to the blade. BTW, the directions are basically useless beyond letting you know the blade has a coating that needs to be removed and then oiled before use.

I purchased this shear about a month ago. It doesn't cut my metal properly; in fact, it starts cutting in the middle of the blade rather than at the beginning where the top and bottom of the blades meet. Additionally, it has only a metric measuring ruler instead of having both millimeters and inches. The blade guard is cumbersome to attach and the screw holes don't line up properly. I've contacted VEVOR about this issue and have yet to get a solution other than to tell me to start cutting at the beginning of the blade, which clearly doesn't work. I've been waiting two weeks for an answer to my issue but just keep getting the runaround. I've used guillotine shears for years and have never had an issue like this. I'm very disappoin ted in both the product and customer service.

A mesa chegou empenada 1 cm, pelo que o aparelho só se apoia em 3 pés. O vendedor propôs 20€ de compensação e aceitei para não ter o trabalho de reenviar coisa tão pesada. É evidente que não há cuidado, ou conhecimento, por parte de quem soldou a mesa, e como não há qualquer controlo de qualidade, se calha bem, tudo bem, se calha mal chega-nos um produto defeituoso.

Pessimo articolo, sicuramente dal prezzo cosi contenuto l avrei dovuto capire fin da subito, tuttavia avevo necessità di una taglierina e questa era l unica disponibile in pochi giorni. E' praticamente inutilizzabile, oltre ad essere vecchia, si percepisce dallo stato di usura della vernice che sia stata prodotta qualche anno fa e conservata male in deposito. Presenta un errore tecnico che è rappresentato da uno "scalino", che rende impossibile un taglio non sbeccato. Non trovo quale altro utilizzo se ne possa fare, di certo non taglia fogli di allumino neanche di 4/10 di spessore (poco più di un foglio di carta. Sconsigliatissimo
