It started bad, then got worse. I chose this product to replace a broken knee scooter for its features and the delivery date listed met my urgent need. The unit arrived two days later. Then, upon putting it together, the rear wheel was scraping caused by the brake adjustment and bent wheel that wobbles. I immediately submitted a service ticket and for each reply it takes 24-36 hours for a response. One week later from date of order, I do not have a scooter and had to work around using my old broken one. Service is literally painfully slow and becoming very costly b

Die Bremse ist fehlerhaft montiert, so dass sie entweder schleift oder nicht bremst. Dementsprechend ist der Roller nicht funktionsfähig!
Der Service hat anfänglich schnell auf meine Reklamation mit Nachfragen reagiert, jetzt bekomme ich aber seit drei Tagen keinerlei Antwort. Sehr ärgerlich!

This knee is not designed by someone who ever had to use a knee scooter (lucky for them). Because of it size and the tire location it’s pretty much useless for this purpose. The weight and size also makes it extremely difficult to get it over, even a small curb)Unless you are huge and very strong , this knee scooter will be useless. Knobby tires makes it also very difficult to push around especially going uphill (even a very gentle uphill)
