I purchased two of these carriers for a food festival to hold soup. They are sturdy and good quality.
The only issue is that that there is no electrical outlet so it you can't keep the food at a stable temp.

It holds the temps for less than the times mentioned. The slots where the pans slide into are slightly wider than needed. The pans can and will fall.

The Bistro! Nice!
This perfect for us to use when transporting our hot soups to locations. My only wish is the insert would remove for cleaning. Its glued into place and makes it difficult to properly clean the inside.
