The ionizer seems to be reducing the amount of chemicals needed.

John Starke Solar pool ionizer
35000 galonów/132489 l Niebieski Koło
I have a above ground pool that I've been using floating chlorinator w 2 pucks about every 2-3 weeks. This pool ionizer has been working great. Pool is so clear and water tastes more like drinking water than pool water. No I don't drink it. But chlorine usage is down to one puck a month. Ph stays consistently at 7.2. I was skeptical at 1st but not any more. It works great so get one you will be glad you did!

Frank Poor performance
45000 galonów/170343 l Niebieski Koło
Bought this a few months ago before the season started. I wanted to give it time to see how good of a job it would do. I can say don't waste your money. I still have to use chlorine and I still get algae on the pool floor and walls. If they would have added silver to this thing,it might work better. The silver would kill bacteria in the water. The unit does seem to degrade the copper anode. So it must be working, Its just not the algae cure.

VicKat No Replacement Copper Anodes Available – Cannot Re
45000 galonów/170343 l Zielony Sześciokątny
The pool ionizer itself works, but I am giving it a low rating because VEVOR does not appear to provide replacement copper anodes for this product. The copper anode is a consumable part and will eventually need to be replaced for the ionizer to continue working properly.
Selling a product that depends on a consumable component without making that replacement part readily available makes the product essentially disposable once the original anode is used up.
I would not recommend purchasing this pool ionizer, and I would be very cautious about purchasing similar VEVOR products that require consumable or replacement parts. Before buying, make sure VEVOR actually sells the necessary replacement components—especially the copper anode in this case.
A product like this should be supported with replacement consumables for a reasonable period after purchase.

It's already the end of it. Stopped working about 2 weeks ago now. It was fine but didn't last half a season.
