Gerät funktioniert nicht. 1.) Bei COOL Mode ist Fan Speed zwar einstellbar, aber trotzdem unter High Med, Low pustet es die Luft nur immer in einer gleichen Stärke raus. 2.) COOL Funktion geht nicht, es ist gibt keinen Temperaturunterschied zwischen 16 bis 32 Grad. 3.) Bei FAN Mode passiert gar nichts, kein Gebläse an. Das Gerät ist völlig kaputt.

Le climatiseur fonctionne, il fait du froid, mais tellement peu que ce serait plus efficace de laisser mon réfrigérateur ouvert avec un ventilateur dedans ! J'aimerais bien le rendre à Vevor, mais ils ne veulent pas de retour, cela fait plus d'une semaine que j'ai écrit au service client qui ne veut pas me faire un bon, même si je paye le retour. Bref, passez votre chemin.

I used this inside my truck while my dogs were in the truck so they would stay cool. My jackery will only power this for an hour! It didn't feel that much cooler in the truck. I vented the unit out my sunroof. I also tried cooling a 16 foot enclosed trailer I was going to use for camping and hunting. I ran the unit off a gas generator. I vented it out one of the side trailer vents. It never cooled the trailer down. It is not powerful enough to cool any space unless you are sitting directly in front of the unit.

L'appareil est arrivé défectueux dès la première mise en service. Le compresseur fonctionne, mais le ventilateur ne démarre pas, l'appareil surchauffe, se met en sécurité et ne produit aucune condensation. Une vidéo démontrant clairement la panne a été transmise au service après-vente dès le début. En revanche, mon expérience avec le service client VEVOR est très décevante. Malgré plusieurs échanges, je n'ai toujours obtenu ni procédure de retour ni remboursement. Au lieu de cela, on me demande d'identifier moi-même la référence exacte du ventilateur défectueux afin de recevoir une pièce de remplacement. Je trouve cette demande incompréhensible. En tant que client, je n'ai pas à démonter un appareil neuf pour diagnostiquer une panne ou remplacer une pièce, avec le risque de perdre la garantie. C'est de loin l'une des expériences de service après-vente les plus frustrantes que j'aie connues. J'espère désormais obtenir simplement le retour du produit et son remboursement.

I am sadly very disappointed in this product, first off it arrived broken/cracked in multiple places. I contacted Vevor and they did refund me $109 from the $309 plus tx that I payed for it. Mechanically it works, but it gives off so much heat that it was not able to cool down my tiny camper a 13 foot fiberglass Trillium. Probably if it's installed in a sealed insulated area with the hose wrapped it MIGHT cool down the area. I myself am not capable of doing that kind of job, nor am I interested in doing that. I would like to be able to return it for a full refund

Completely useless.. I tried it in a tiny van and it did nothing at all.. you have to sit directly in front of it . I got a partial refund so basically paid a few hundred dollars for absolutely nothing.. it’s heavy and awkward and heats up more than it cools unless you put the entire back side out the window..

Weak blower motor. You have to be directly next to it to feel the cool. If you only need during the night, it's good, but if it's hot outside, forget it's even there.
