Produit: le système de montage est facile, mais la fixation de la couverture supérieure (cordelette élastique à passer dans des oeillets en métal très fin (avec petite boule stoppante) doit être améliorée: plusieurs oeillets se sont détachés de la fine toile (après deux jours d'utilisation) aux abords de la porte. La toile-volant au-dessus de la porte ne s' adapte pas exactement à la structure du parc. Résultat les bords sans oeillets sont fragiles et l'élastique les déchire. C'est néanmoins, le parc le plus intéressant sur Internet: prix raisonnable et parc idéal (1,60m diamètre) pour la convalescence (rupture de ligaments croisés) d'un petit chien (westie).

Unfortunately, the bottom fabric is NOT waterproof as described. I put a puppy pad down for our senior pup and he had an accident today while in the pen and moved the puppy pad. Urine soaked right through the fabric and spread across the entire floor underneath. Way bigger mess than if he had free rein and simply peed on the floor. Otherwise it’s great. But it is NOT waterproof and with definitely ruin your floors

Arrived fast, overall, the liner is attached with bungees. They come off easy and pose a choking hazard for pets.
Bottom is Hard to get on and off to wash.
Frame is okay. Decent but probably better options out there than this one.

I purchased this thinking it would be useful for my puppy, but it seems like I was sent a used product. I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue and they are giving me the runaround. It should not be difficult to send an item back.
