I purchased this in the last few weeks and have used it on 2 occasions grinding both beef & pork. It worked well and I was satisfied with the item. What I don't like is that VEVOR will you the item ( and has several models of meat grinders ) and they have NO accessories to sell you. First it came with 2 blades that were supposed to be the same. They were different, and in fact one of the blades was the wrong size. They could not supply me with another blade ( gave me a monetary refund instead ). I asked about purchasing other blades and grinding plates and learned that they do not sell accessories to meat grinders. I don't understand a company that is willing to sell you the product but cannot give you the service required. Just easier to refund you a few dollars and tell you to go elsewhere if you want parts & accessories.

I got the mincer about 3-4 weeks ago and used it only twice since. It grinds the meat well, but I am getting a lot of electric sparks from the motor chamber - surely this isn't normal? happened a few times just by turning it on and later while i was mincing meat. I'd like to get it checked or replaced - lets see what

Package showed up with no damage. But a substantial amount of oil was found seeping between the housing and front auger flange. A little disappointed, but Currently, working on a fix, so stay tuned, hopefully we can add a few more stars. This grinder seems to have potential..

Just receive. Grinder works very heavy duty. Has some sharp edges but can’t beat the price. Order arrived within 48 hrs box undamaged however I’m missing the power button lens. Have contacted customer service, hoping it goes well. Review would have been 5 stars and may change if customer service comes through

From the very first grind I noticed metal shavings in the meat. The shavings come from where the auger rotates in the round disc at the front. Beware!!!! This is huge safety hazard considering the hard metals used in the parts. I returned my unit and went with a different brand.

2026.10.21.-én vásároltam.Azt nem írták le, hogy csak a motor hajtóműház rozsdamentes.A csiga és a ház alluminium,ez nem volt leírva. A kés és szita szorító csavar, a menet részénél rozsdásodik.Ez pedig vas,nem rozsdamentes acél.Csúnyán átverik,megtévesztik az embereket.

This item was never delivered. Despite numerous attempts over a three-week period to obtain an update from the courier, no resolution was provided, and the item was ultimately confirmed lost. A refund was subsequently processed. I'd strongly encourage Vevor to review its courier arrangements in Australia. A replacement order has now been placed, and I hope for a more reliable delivery outcome this time.
