Kostkarka była kupiona specjalnie na imprezę żeby obsłużyć dużą ilość ludzi niestety nie szło jej uruchomić i do dziś nie idzie nie spełniła swojego zadania gdyż w ogóle nie chłodzi nigdzie jej uruchomić brak jest jakikolwiek instrukcji

Suite à une demande de retour pour un problème de fonctionnement sur une machine à glaçons qui avait 1 mois 1/2 , le service a fini par m’envoyer une pompe neuve et m’a laissé faire une intervention à leur place.
Par chance je suis arrivé à changer cette pompe défectueuse, le pire est que la pompe qui était montée n’était pas neuve et bricolée.
Ce vendeur ne respecte pas les clients et n’assume pas les problèmes après-vente.

Troy Damaged on arrival
I have not been able to use this as of yet. I received the product damaged and chatted with customer support as soon as I had it out of the box. I showed them pics of the unit and box. I was told to wait up to 48 hours to get a reply on the next step of what they are willing to do to fix it.

I purchased an Ice Machine snd it quit working after a few hrs and Vevor is not standing behind there product !!
Been trying to resolve this for almost 2 weeks and still nothing from Vevor !!
