Gary Evans "God like "
I've had this ice maker for 3 months. I try everything for 90 days prior to any reviews. Over all it's a very nice pice of equipment. Makes ice very fast. Very quiet running. Nice features. The only downside is that it can't keep the ice frozen. The ice will melt and drain out the drain hose. I didn't expect that due to my in ability to fully read descriptions. Over all I give this 8.5 out of 10.

JACQUES Machine à glaçons
34,5 kg 5,6 kg

Charlie Shields Ice maker packaged for shipment
Item was very well packaged. Double boxed w a plywood bottom and comer protection. Air bubble sections inserted around the unit and inside as well. Whoever designed shipping for this needs a raise!!

Ice maker works great so far. I was originally shipped the wrong product and had to drive one hour to bring it to a fedex location to ship it back. I then had to wait for them to receive it before my ice maker was shipped. I did get the product eventually but had to spend a good bit of my own time and money to fix a mistake that I didn’t make. No discount was offered to correct this. Not sure I would do business again.

Storage is smaller than calculated. Machine works well. I had to put in on blocks to make it tall enough to reach well.
